Process

Defining the target user was clear when finding out there actually are two users since children lack the control and ability to take over responsibilities such as taking medicine, interacting with an interface, and more. Adults are the ones who hold responsibility over their children and are also the ones who purchase products for them, making them second hand users. Since both users have a say when buying a product, decisions were made with insightful research on design trends in children’s healthcare products and existing/conceptual products.
