Researched the standard wine bottle to figure out desired and suitable angle to hold wine bottle. Standard wine bottle consists of its body, shoulder, neck, and top neck, with a total height of 12 inches.

Explored joints of form to find the best way to assemble side table. Joints cut with the CNC machine.

Created mockups and laser cut a part of the full-sized side table to explore the angle of the bottle holder. Decided to go with the straight wine bottle holder to meet the side table aesthetics and intuitive design.
